Our company's physical and chemical testing center was established in 2009, mainly engaged in metal material chemical composition, ONH, high power metallographic, low power, tensile, impact, hardness, hardenability inspection and failure analysis.
For a long time, the company attaches great importance to the testing capabilities, core technologies, innovation capabilities, and safety management of the physical and chemical testing center. In June 2023, the preparatory work for CNAS accreditation was officially launched, and with the great attention and support of company leaders such as Chairman Xu Wenbo, Chief Engineer Yan Laiping, and Technical Department Manager Wang Xin, all employees of the Physical and Chemical Testing Center and various departments worked together to promote the CNAS accreditation work. In mid-July 2024, the expert review team of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment conducted an on-site review of our company's physical and chemical testing center, and the review expert group unanimously agreed that the physical and chemical testing center meets the requirements of CNAS accreditation in terms of personnel, equipment, facilities, test methods, quality control and environmental conditions, and can ensure the effective operation of the system, and the accreditation was passed, and the laboratory accreditation certificate was issued on September 12, 2024.

CNAS, the full name of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (China National Accreditation Servicef or Conformity Assessment) is an authoritative laboratory accreditation body in China, which undertakes the ISO/IEC 17025 standard accreditation of all laboratories in China. CNAS is a member of the mutual recognition agreement between the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the Asia-Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC).
